We are looking for a results oriented individual to join our team in either our Regina, Saskatoon or Toronto location.

The Director Operational Risk Management and Information Technology will oversee and ensure proper mitigation of risks that impose threats to business data, critical systems and business processes. This will be achieved by developing Corporate Policies and Management Guidelines and overseeing the implementation of adequate operational risk management controls, programs and practices related to Information Technology and Cyber Risk Security, Corporate Insurance Risk Management program, Business Continuity Planning and Third Party Management across the organization. The role will also perform information technology oversight through ongoing operational risk management practices such as NIRA/NIAP, RCSA and Servicer Reviews.

The role will develop and maintain the enterprise-wide operational risk management framework for oversight and independent assessment of internal or external controls established to minimize risks of cyber and information security threats to Concentras business processes, critical systems or data. It will also deliver an operational risk framework for information technology / cyber security risk management in order to protect clients privacy, business operations and support data governance. It will oversee the organizational risk profile through the development of processes, approaches, and standardized enterprise tools for creating risk profiles; facilitate processes to develop and communicate risk profiles, including business unit workshops; contribute to the development of an optimal risk culture where consideration of risk is embedded in all aspects of the companys operations; research, interpret and communicate governance and financial industry best practices, including emerging regulatory initiatives; and develop, establish and foster key business relationships.
