Individual required to process meats into sausages, burgers, jerky, and other creative formulations. You will be working for a small family business and not a large factory plant which provides more flexibility, daily variety and accommodates creativity. Individual must speak fluent natural English and be able to work independently and with others. Efficiency and care for detail are highly valued in this position. Must be a strong communicator. Experience is a strong asset but will train the right individual.
