Responsible to the Resident Care Coordinator and acts as Team Leader. Promotes health and healing by functioning as a member of the care team to provide direct and indirect optimum care for long term care residents. The LPN will cooperate with other departments and follow guidelines, established standards and regulations and facility policies.
Education required: Practical Nursing Certificate - Licensed with SALPN.
Experience: Long Term Care experience an asset.
