The Deveraux Group of Companies is a growing organization specializing in real estate investment, development, construction and property management through-out Western Canada. We currently manage over $500 million of assets through a number of private equity funds and are currently developing and constructing projects in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta.
We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Construction Project Controller, the successful candidate will administer the purchase of supplies and services for multiple projects. This position requires high attention to detail, organization and effective communication skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Entering, verifying and issuing project requests
- Maintain electronic records
- Provide monthly reports on project requests
- Assist members of the Accounting Team, as requested
Skills/Qualifications:
- QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Electronic mail
- Excel spreadsheet
- Word
Requirements:
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- Project administration experience
- Accounting Degree or Diploma is an asset
