How youll spend your time
- using your natural conversationalist skills to understand member needs andto provide financial solutions like opening accounts, consumer investing and lending products
- checking in with members to uncover any needs and goals that improve their financial well-being
- advising on and supporting members financial wellness as they journey through life
- proactively seeking, recognizing and responding to opportunities to develop our existing and prospective member base by networking and following up on referrals to grow your professional portfolio

- someone who thinksof themselves as a bit of a personal finance nerd is willing to study and master our 9 financial health indicators for our members #responsible
- anatural conversationalistsomeone who is intensely curious, is emotionally intelligent, develops trust and creates deep connections throughconversations #authentic
- personwho can easily blend the two previously stated traits you can combine your personal finance knowledgewith your great conversations in a way that works for our members #BoldandCreative
- someone who is flexible to meet the changing needs of our members
- proactive thinker who has experience with & a passion for retail banking, consumer lending and investing
- someone who possesses a relevant mix of training whichmay include:
Registered Retirement Consultant designation
lending and mortgage courses
completionof the Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities course and subsequentability to be licensed
