The Role:
Develop specifications
Prepare CCDC construction contracts with successful contractors
Apply for all necessary permits required prior to commencing construction
Manage the digital share file portal for tendered projects
Prepare change notices, change orders and other on-going contract documentation
Assist with sponsorship management and development of marketing and promotional materials
Assist Office Manager with other duties in their absence

Qualifications:
Be a registered member with Constructions Specifications Canada complete with one or more designations including RSW, CSP or CCCA (or can become designated within 1 year)
