Education:
Completion of Secondary school is usually required
Experience:
3 years to less than 5 years is required.
1.Preparation of pastas, sauteed foods, and broiled steaks, and seafood prepared to order by a team of line cooks under the direction of our Chef.
2. We will teach you how to prepare, plate, and garnish our menu items.
3. Other duties include carving and portioning of foods prior to cooking.
4. Receive deliveries and ensure the safe storage of food stocks and food rotation.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, rectify or notify Cooks Level II of any safety issues.
6. Maintain stock levels, noting shortages and communicating to next shift and Cooks Level II.
7.Additional or different responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of positions supervisor.
