Star Facility Services Inc., a fast-paced growing facility services company in Western Canada is seeking an experienced and qualified Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Star team.
Duties:
Include, but not limited to;
generate new business from company's pre-defined set of criteria this includes making calls to cold and hot leads, booking appointments, sending e-mail proposals at least 8 per week, manage leads & prospects, follow up on regular basis , conduct cold calls, develop mail-outs etc.
Any other administrative and office duties assigned by Manager including, but not limited to Sales & Marketing.
Education & Experience:
Required: (Apply if you meet all required Education & Experience):
Educational background in Marketing
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven Sales & Marketing Experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite
Previous experience using Auto-Dialer System & CRM software is an asset
Previous experience dealing with top level of decision makers over the phone or in-person
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be sociable, polite & dynamic
Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle
Must be able to follow directions and work with minimum supervision.
Must have previous B2B sales experience
Must be able to follow company's KPI & SLA
