Fountain Tire Kindersley, is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We offer our employees a great working environment, competitive compensation and the opportunity to grow with the company.
As the Administrative Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
? Answer telephones in a courteous manner and if necessary re-direct calls to appropriate individuals
? Consistently provide superior customer service
? Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service
? Review and enter A/P & A/R items
? Obtain purchase orders in a professional & courteous manner
? Prepare bank deposits
? Perform general office filing & related administrative tasks
? Enter work orders and service calls
? Assist with month end process
? Deliver and pick up parts
Required Qualifications:
? Valid Class 5 driver?s license
? High school diploma and minimum 2 years of experience in an office / accounting environment
? Strong computer skills and the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data
? Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Software
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
? Proven ability to work within a team environment and independently
? Able to work in a high paced, energetic environment
? Reliable, motivated and driven to deliver a superior customer experience
? Focused on meeting goals and targets
? Able to lift 25 pounds
