Horizon is currently recruiting for a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst. This role will be part of a team that provides first line IT support to clients and associates via phone, email, self-service, web-chat and social media. Candidates must be technically competent in desktop issues.
Responsibilities:
- Support the latest Microsoft operating systems and mobile devices
- Provide front line support to end users and other IT colleagues via phone, e-mail, web-chat and self-service
- Log, resolve and/or track progress and resolution of all incidents and service requests
- Perform password resets and user account diagnostics
- Escalate incidents and requests to Tier 2 resources as required
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Qualifications:
- IT Technical diploma
- Fluent in written and spoken English, along with well-refined presentation skills
