Carry the Kettle First Nation (CTK) is seeking Human Resource Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be a key member of the Nations leadership team and is a hands-on operational manager who provides guidance, direction and support on all human resource matters. They will address complex organizational challenges by providing HR leadership and support in achieving the goals of the Nation while ensuring the constant improvement of the employee relations and labour relations climate. The Manager will lead the development and implementation of strategic HR Services within the Nations band operations, including labour forecasting & planning, recruitment & retention, policy development and oversight of the full employee performance assessment cycle. The HR Manager will also aid in the administration of payroll, employee benefits, health & safety standards, and training.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Post Secondary Diploma in a related discipline such as human resources services and administration AND five (5) years of direct work experience in personnel administration or management including labour relations and human resources management
OR
Bachelor degree in a related discipline such as human resources services and administration AND three (3) years of progressive work experience in human resources and management in labour relations and human resources management
