We are currently looking for a junior Manager/Supervisor for Boston Pizza Emerald Park.  We are looking for someone with open availability, preferably someone with general sports knowledge that enjoys mingling with new people.  The right person for this job is charismatic and upbeat!  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to the guests during service.
*Ensure that all equipment used is in safe working order, checked regularly and any faults are reported to management, while ensuring equipment is not used until safe.
*Action guest concerns and compliments by praising staff and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
*Comply with all Boston Pizza policies and procedures and rules and regulations.
*Shift management in support of management team.
*Running food and performing table-side service during busy periods to support your serving team.
*Other duties as required.
