Ribfest  Kitchen & front end        Prairie BBQ Ltd.

Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ is a growing food service business with operations all over Western Canada. We are National and World BBQ Champions.
We are looking for staff to serve our Championship food at major festivals between Saskatchewan and Vancouver Island.  Our crew spends their summer in some of the most beautiful parks in Canada.  

Were hiring back-end / kitchen help and front-end Customer Service Help.

POSITION TYPE:  Seasonal Full Time:  July through September

DUTIES:  Back end
-    Meat trimming, seasoning, cooking, and slicing
-    Preparation of side dishes
-    Cleaning of kitchen area, smokers, etc.
-    Setup and Teardown of festival trailer at events

DUTIES:  Front End
-    Greeting Customers, assembly of orders
-    Cleaning of tables, work areas, etc
-    Setup and Teardown of festival trailer at events

QUALIFICATIONS:
-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-    Willingness to travel for extended periods and work long hours
-    >1 year of kitchen or customer service experience

COMPENSATION
o    Wage to be discussed  we pay overtime, accrued vacation, and season end bonus.  Cash Tips Daily.
o    Travel costs and hotel expenses are covered
o    Free food on days were operating

ITEMS TO INCLUDE IN APPLICATION: Cover Letter & Resume
TERM:    July 2 to September 20  (possible start earlier in B.C).
