Prince Albert Cornerstone Medical Clinic is seeking a highly skilled, self-directed and organized individual to provide administrative support and reception duties. As a team member working under the direction of the Manager in a fast-paced environment, you will:
Provide telephone and in-person receptionist duties for the health clinic.
Provide and manage clinic intake and bookings.
Provide administrative and clerical support to health care team, including: billings, documentation processing and inventory management.
Facilitate smooth operation of reception and related areas of office.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of applicable computer hardware and software applications and terminology, office administrative procedures including electronic and paper filing systems office filing procedures and systems, as well as basic accounting principles. Our candidate of choice will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be thorough, accurate, and detail oriented. The successful candidate must demonstrate good character to maintain the integrity of the health system and the people it serves and ensure confidentiality within and outside the place of work.
