Move pipe / material as directed. Check equipment daily as per log book. Check all rigging an shackles for damage and wear. Keep cabs and equipment clean. Confirm stencils in order to make sure right pipe is handled. Assist spotting railcars properly prior to loading or unloading. Stack and unstack pipe as required. Instruct hookers when crane is being moved to ensure their safety. Ensure pylons are in place to mark swing area. Other duties as required.
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Mobile Crane Operator Red Seal Certificate
Additional Skills
- Perform routine maintenance work
- Clean and lubricate cranes
