We are looking for a safety-minded Journeyman Electrician to join our team
Summary Description:
Read blueprints or technical diagrams. Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.
Typical duties include:
-Installation and repair of electrical facilities and apparatus associated with coal mining, distribution systems and buildings.
-The installation and/or maintenance and/or repair of a-c and d-c circuits, appliances, lighting and heating facilities, control equipment, generators, motors, switchboards, switchgear transformers, metering, relay circuits, etc., and to prepare forms and reports as required.
-May include training apprentices and work direction to an assigned helper
-Other related and assigned duties as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
-Valid Class 3A Driver's License
-Saskatchewan or Interprovincial Journeyman Electrician Certificate
