Leon Mfg. is a Saskatchewan based manufacturer of LEON brand agricultural material handling products and RAMROD brand compact utility loaders.  For over 60 years our products have been distributed through a worldwide network of dealers and distributors.  
We require a second individual to join our Accounting/Administration team.

The Accountant will provide support to all aspects of the accounting department.  Duties will include involvement in general and cost accounting; accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, financial reporting backup, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

At least 5 years of Canadian accounting work experience is required for this role.  Post-secondary education in accounting (with good academic record) is beneficial; however, not mandatory if candidates have the equivalent years of additional accounting work experience.  

This role requires an individual who is self-motivated and well organized at handling multiple tasks to meet accounting deadlines.  Strong communication and analytical skills, with at least an intermediate working knowledge of Excel, is required.  Training and procedures will be provided to individuals who possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude to learn.  Exposure to processing or manufacturing type operations is an asset.
