Required Responsibilities:
Answer high volume of incoming calls
Greet high volume of incoming guests into the office
Front Office task management
Assist with administrative tasks such as writing correspondence, and sending marketing pieces
Prepare effective written communications including e-mail, letters, marketing materials using MS Word, Outlook & Excel
Assist in new hire paperwork
Exceptional Data Entry Skills
The ability to work in a fast paced, self directed environment

Requirements:
Proficient User of MS Office
Fast paced, ability to manage multi tasks
Friendly, Outgoing
Customer service or administrative experience is preferred
