Working closely with the People & Culture Team, Payroll and our employees, the Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for the management and reporting of employee attendance relating to ISM Canadas bi-weekly payroll functions. This includes performing timely and accurate bi-weekly reporting of employee data related to payroll, additional payroll functions, benefits administration and pension administration. This position is also responsible for executing employee pay analysis and coordinating special payroll payments in a unionized environment, while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements. Integrity and strong attention to detail are crucial for this role.
