1.Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, lectures and demonstrations for educational purposes.
2.Supervise students in classroom, practicums, labs, and during tours.
3.Evaluate students through the use of exams, assignments and observations.
4.Record student progress through evaluations, student-instructor meetings, and observations.
5.Attend and participate in staff meetings and serve on ad hoc committees.
6.Attend seminars, workshops, etc. to keep current with industry and educational requirements.
7.Develop collegial relationships with external agencies to secure appropriate experience for students.
8.Counsel students and prospective students on matters pertaining to the program and job opportunities.
9.Assist in/arrange for equipment maintenance/repair within the program and order supplies.
10.Attend whenever possible, trade seminars, workshops, etc. to keep current with industry and educational requirements.
11.Practice good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work in a team environment.
12.Communicate in a clear and concise manner both orally and in written form.
