Action Group of Companies is currently looking for a professional Leasing Agent/Property Manager

Action Group of Companies is a successful 30 year Saskatoon based company. Our diverse business operations include a residential and commercial company owned portfolio, property leasing, property management, construction, land development and financing.

We are looking for a strong leader who is motivated, passionate and driven to place people and homes together with a positive outcome to be an important part of our growing company. Qualifications:

    Minimum 2 year previous property management experience
    Strong verbal, written, communication and computer skills
    Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
    Strong interpersonal skills with a well-defined sense of diplomacy including negotiation and conflict resolution
    Good sense of organization, attention to detail, time management and judgment
    Valid drivers license and a clean driver abstract and a clean criminal background check will be required

Duties:

    Overseeing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
    Manage rental inquiries
    Qualifying prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability as renters
    Book appointments and showing property with prospects
    Process all paperwork related to property rental and leases
    Monitor rent collections
    Coordinate with other team members on a daily basis
    Conduct weekly site inspection at each property
    Implement and maintain policies and procedures for daily operations, respond to tenants inquiries, enforce policies and procedures
    Knowledge of social media marketing
    Other duties and/or procedures as required
