Driving Change Automotive Group is currently looking for an AMAZING HR Coordinator to join our HR department - If you consider yourself a Ninja in HR who enjoys working both independently, but also belonging to a bigger, collaborative picture, then this is the position for you!

Our HR Coordinator is the first point of contact for all HR Operations within Moose Jaw Ford and Bennet Dunlop Ford in Regina, while assisting with the overall responsibilities of the HR department involving our other 2 dealerships within Manitoba.

Reporting into the HR Manager, the HR coorindator will focus on the coordination of recruitment, orientation and termination documentation, employee & dept. Manager enquiries, pension, benefits, WCB issues, performance management, and policy cooridination and documentation for the purpose of overall employee engagement and retention.  (If you're able to help out our Payroll team from time to time - that's definitely a plus!)

What we're looking for:
3-5 years experience in Human Resources is required (Strengths in WCB, Benefits
        administration and Payroll are definitely an asset!)
University or college education within Human Resources or professional HR Training
Ability to multitask and prioritize activities based on business needs in a fast-paced
        environment
Ability to work independently/managed remotely, while still belonging and committed to a
        collaborative and team focused environment.
Knowledge of Provincial Labour Standards/Legislation
Comfortable and able to make quick decisions, while working at a very fast pace.
