Description

The Ministry of Justice is responsible for providing a fair justice system that upholds the law and protects the rights of all individuals in Saskatchewan; promotes safe and secure communities; and provides legal and justice policy advice to assist government.  

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a skilled, ethical, confident individual to work at Pine Grove Correctional Center to provide comprehensive clerical support in Prince Albert.  We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication and positive interpersonal skills, with a keen sense to detail.  As administrative support, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of office equipment such as photo copiers and facsimiles; enter and retrieve data using various software programs; maintain files and records and retrieve and search files for information; receive, sort and distribute mail; and provide reception services and general program information.
