The Position
The Accountant will oversee project activity to ensure costs are recorded correctly, invoices are processed and paid on a timely basis, and the resulting reporting is beneficial to management and the projects team.

The Ideal Candidate
Accounting experience working in the construction industry for 2-3 years is an asset
Knowledge of government requirements within the construction industry
Accounting diploma/certificate, Bachelor of Commerce degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
Experience working with general accounting principles and contractual agreements
