SLGA is seeking an experienced professional to join our Employee Health and Safety Branch until December 31, 2020. Reporting directly to the Director, Employee Health and Safety, the Employee Health & Attendance Support Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and/or programs to reduce overall corporate sick time usage rates. Additionally, this position creates and maintains a case management framework while providing expert advice and leadership to managers on non-occupational disability case matters. This position will also work closely with the disability management consultant.
This is a part-time position and the individual will typically work up to 75% of full-time hours.
