We are looking for a Journeyperson Refrigeration Mechanic to join our service department. Our service department works in commercial, light industrial, institutional, and residential environments. Beyond service, work will include retrofit installation and some construction installation as required.
Candidate must be familiar with servicing and installing the following things:
- Split AC systems
- Mini-splits
- Packaged RTUs
- Gas-fired equipment
- Chillers
- Walk-in boxes
- Low & Medium temp systems
Candidate must have:
- Journeyperson Refrigeration Mechanic ticket
- Domestic gas ticket
- Valid class 5 drivers license
- Ability to work out of town when required (limited)
Preferred skills:
- Strong skills with rooftop equipment
- Familiarity with EngineeredAir equipment
- General gas ticket
- Controls knowledge
- Able to prepare pricing for jobs

- Install, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Handle, recover and store refrigerants
- Commission systems and test for leaks using testing devices
- Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components
