We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Roofer for a location in Regina to be paid a salary of $70,000 $80,000 per year! You will be responsible for leading small and medium sized crews through the planning, execution and final delivery of various projects. You will be responsible for the demolition, maintenance, and new installation of roofing materials and systems. Through proper direction and instruction, you will ensure that your crew works safely and achieves their goals up to the quality standards of your brand. You will ensure that projects are completed on schedule and on budget. The successful applicant for the position of Journeyman Roofer in Regina will have previous experience in a similar role, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead. You will also be responsible to providing updated information to all relevant stakeholders and provide detailed descriptions of updates and any obstacles you face. Other responsibilities such as safety inspections, reporting, and housekeeping duties will be assigned as deemed necessary by your supervisor. The applicant must have:
Journeyman Roofer certification
Previous experience leading crews
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to conduct their work in a safe manner
Ability to travel for work, including some projects outside of Regina
