What will I do?
Put the customer first!
Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries
Professionally handle large amounts of incoming calls

Qualifications
Basic:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of customer service experience (Previous call center experience an asset)
Microsoft Office Skills
Knowledge of using search engines (e.g. cutting & pasting, moving through multiple windows and keyboarding skills)
Able to adhere to assigned schedule
Ability to sit for entire shift
Must be able to attend onsite, 4-week training class that begins August 6th, 2019 - training is 8:00am to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday (100% attendance required) at the Staples Contact Center in Regina, SK
The position is a rotating shift assignment
Monday Friday shift hours will be 9:30am to 7:00pm local time
Saturday shift hours will be 6:30am to 3:00pm local time, and will be included in the rotation
Monthly schedule rotation will be: 2 weeks at Monday-Friday, and 2 weeks at Tuesday-Saturday
Must reside within certain radius to Regina call center
Preferred:
1+ years of call center experience
1+ years of sales experience
