The Saskatchewan Hockey Association is seeking an individual for the term position of Administrative Assistant. The term will run annually for 7 months (Beginning of September - End of March). If you are an individual who would enjoy a small office environment for 7 months of the year and still have your summers off, please apply.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for providing support to the SHA staff in the following core areas within the Association; receptionist duties (answering phones and responding to visitors), word processing, filing, distribution of all incoming correspondence, assist with the production and distribution of correspondence along with data entry from the staff as needed.
To qualify, you must have proven communication skills including excellent telephone etiquette. You must be a proven team player with strong interpersonal skills along with being proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must. Knowledge of the game of hockey is not a requirement.
