Description

Residential rental company looking for a hard working, conscientious individual to manage our rental properties.
Candidate must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and trustworthy.

Must have clean criminal record check and reliable vehicle.

Duties include:
Showing properties to potential tenants.
Collecting rents.
Doing paperwork such as leases, move forms, receipts, and keeping track of this paperwork.
Being a liaison between tenants and owner/services
Keeping track of maintenance
Keeping an up to date spreadsheet of rents collected/owed/paid.
Must be good with numbers.
Dealing with tenants on late rents etc.
Filing paperwork with the rentalsmen and appearing on company's behalf.
Some computer skills a must.
Ability to work with people in a friendly and respectful manner.

We are looking for a special individual who is very conscientious, hard working, presentable, and cares about a job well done.  This person has to have very good time management skill, organizational skills, and the ability to follow up on all tasks.

Some evening and weekend work may be required.
