Reception Duties:
Act as the first contact for our employees, clients, suppliers, and guests; greeting them with a positive attitude and answering basic inquiries
Answering the mainline, directing phone calls and transferring to voicemail
Administrative Support:
Provide support to the Senior Leadership team including (but not limited to) supporting marketing initiatives, providing research on a variety of topics as needed and any admin tasks required
Inventory and order all stationery supplies; including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, office supplies, toner for the printers, etc.
The Ideal Candidate:
Completed at least some post-secondary education
Computer literacy; Internet, Intranet, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
3-5 years' experience in an office setting
You must be Energetic and Driven, Organized with a strong ability to Multi-task and a high level of Attention to Detail, a Good Listener, Approachable with a Solutions Oriented attitude
