Potzus Ltd is one of Saskatchewans largest construction companies. Established in 1966 we are a second generation family owned and operated business. We provide top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities, First Nations and the private sector. Day to day operations include excavation, earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and paving.
We are currently seeking an experienced crushing/ pugmill foreman to help operate, maintain and manage base-pugmill situated throughout the province. Experience with pugmills, mixers, crushing spreads is a must.
What we offer:
-Typically 10 days on 4 days off.
-Overtime after 80 hours.

What you need:
-The ability to work long hours and on the road throughout the province.
-A proven history of in depth understanding of aggregate production. You must be able to diagnose, repair, and operate all pieces of equipment related to crushing.
-Excellent verbal communication skills; being able to interact with all levels of the organization in a clear, concise manner.
-A calm, responsible demeanor during potential stressful situations.
-Past history of supervision. You will be responsible for all aspects of interaction between Management and Supervisors and their crews.
-The ability to complete essential daily logs and paper work is a requirement.
-A steward for safety. Following the company Safety Policy, conducting regular tool box talks, and completing safety paperwork.
-You must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs from the ground to shoulder height.
