An opportunity has become available for a full-time Customer Service and Data Entry Supervisor.
The role is to supervise the efficient, cost effective and safe operation of the call centre and data entry departments, specifically in the areas of call enquiries, referred result entering/testing and data entry. This includes managing department staff, work processes and effective communication.
To be considered for the role you will need to possess the following:
Minimum 1 years experience in Call Centre
Demonstrated leadership skills
Experience in training staff
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Highly developed skills in MS Office
High attention to detail and experience working in a fast pace environment
An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
Ability to multitask and successfully work as part of a team
