Employer Service Representative (6 positions)

Working in a call center environment, you are the initial point of contact for employers across the province in dealing with WCB. You will register employers for WCB coverage and respond to a variety of inquiries related to coverage. We offer an extensive training program to support you in understanding our business to be able to deliver knowledgeable and quality service to our customers.
