The Supply Chain Management Association Saskatchewan (SCMA Saskatchewan), is the leading professional association for supply chain management professionals in Saskatchewan. SCMA Saskatchewan has an upcoming opening for an Administrative Assistant at its Saskatoon office location.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, detail orientated, hard working, energetic and friendly individual who is capable of multi-tasking within a high-paced professional office environment. Exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong command of the English language is a must. You will be enrolled in or a graduate of a post-secondary program and have experience and/or training in a variety of computer and database applications. Knowledge of Sage 50 will be considered an asset.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position will be responsible for the administrative support and coordination of our education programs, events and membership services. This position will also include general office administrative support.
