Details:
- The project coordinator is responsible for organizing, directing and controlling project activities under the direction of the project manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering or Project Construction Management or a relevant degree or diploma preferred or relevant experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Understanding of construction methods and management
- Ability to create and edit project documents, materials and presentations
- Proficient in MS Office, including word, excel and power point
- Familiar with Adobe PDF and Dropbox
- Self motivated and proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
