SecurTek is looking for a full-time Clerk in our Billing department. This position is responsible for entering and processing customer billing on multiple bills runs and schedules.
Typical Duties:
-Process billing for customers nationwide on strict schedules.
-Verify rates, equipment charges, service administration charges and taxes to ensure minimal billing errors.
-Investigate and resolve discrepancies that may occur.
-Issue adjustments to original billing as required.
-Conduct reconciliations and verification of data.
-Communicate to internal and external customers, dealers, and suppliers in a professional manner.
-Maintain various files and reports.
Qualifications:
-Grade 12 with Accounting 30, and 3 Business Administration or Accounting post-secondary courses.
-Excellent contract administration and analytical skills.
-The ability to learn new software quickly with working knowledge of word processing and intermediate knowledge level of MS Excel.
-Past experience with financial or billing software.
-Organization and multitasking skills in order to work in rapid environment with multiple priorities and schedules.
