Facility: MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Mental Health and Addictions Services, the incumbent will provide a full range of clinical mental health and addictions services to children and adolescents, and their families. Duties include intake, assessment and formulation of treatment plans, therapy with individuals, families and groups. This individual will work closely with the school in the community of Cumberland House.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Two years experience relevant to the required work as determined by the employer

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Case management skills
Knowledge of models of therapeutic intervensions appropriate to the child and adolescent mental health and family function
Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
Proficient assessment, counseling, and case management skills
FIELD HOURS
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
