Administrative Assistant
Our non-profit organization has an opening for an Administrative Assistant. The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, located in Prince Albert. This individual will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to responding to front counter and telephone enquiries; accounting data entry, used textbook sales; locker rentals; covering breaks; drafting reports, forms, and all other general office duties. The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate well and maintain effective working relationships. This position is ideal for someone who is engaging and energetic, can adapt to an ever changing environment and thrives in a creative, fast-paced, team orientated work space. The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to manage confrontational, sensitive, stressful or emotional situations respectfully and professionally. A minimum educational requirement is a diploma from a recognized business college.
