Facility: Saskatoon City Hospital
Job Description: The Assessor Coordinator is an integral part of the ABI Outreach Team providing comprehensive assessment, case management and follow-up for survivors of brain injury within the communities of central Saskatchewan. The ABI Assessor Coordinator also provides support and education to the survivor, their families, caregivers and community agencies to assist with community resource development and to facilitate community reintegration.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work, Nursing or Psychology or a related field
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
Experience
1 year clinical experience required.

Ability to develop and deliver formal education programs
Ability to develop, evaluate and modify programming provided to clients
Ability to travel both within the region and provincially

Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.
