Description

The Controller plays a key role in financial reporting and business activities while overseeing all activities of the Accounting and Administration department.

Areas of responsibility include: meeting monthly financial reporting deadlines, AR and AP supervision, cash flow tracking, staff mentorship and development, and continuous improvement of the Company's ERP and reporting systems.

We require an accounting professional with prior experience in financial reporting and experience leading an accounting team. This is a hands-on position for an individual enthusiastic about getting involved to help their team achieve their reporting goals, while providing support to the Executive to meet business and financial objectives.  

Leadership experience in an accounting environment within a similar sized multi-million-dollar operation is important.  Past experience in a manufacturing and/or processing environment is valuable; however, the Company will provide training on its products, internal processes, and ERP system.

Candidates should have an aptitude for data analysis, excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, and above average computer expertise.  This position offers a great opportunity for accounting professionals who want to hold a key senior role where their enthusiasm and leadership make an impact.
