Job Purpose
Performs deposit administration, processing, and support duties in the delivery of quality deposit support services. Assists in the monitoring and reporting of activities in the deposit administration area as it relates to regulatory requirements and procedures. Provides initial escalation point in the unit for issue resolution for deposit administration matters. Collaborates with other units and external parties in order to meet the needs of the members and the procedural and regulatory requirements of the organization.
Working Conditions
In delivering seamless member experience, this job may require travel between locations and on occasion, work outside of regular hours may be requested. Other duties may be assigned outside the stated job purpose and key elements of work established for this job to ensure we are flexible and agile, providing cohesive member experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma, plus 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
