Tron is looking for an organized and experienced Site Administrator/Clerk to support the project personnel with the administration duties at the Mining Machine Assembly project in Esterhazy at the K3 Mine.
Duration: 5 Months (Starting June 26th, 2019), with possibility of extension. A 40 hour work-week, Monday to Friday.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Form positive working relationships
- Order and coordinate supplies
- Prepare reports as requested
- Manage on-site distribution of required documents
- Prepare, verify and submit daily LEMs
- Data entry, and some document control related activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary education is considered an asset
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office functions
- WHMIS (2015)
- Negative D&A Test is a condition of employment
