Overall responsibility:
Takes orders from customers and assign them to available carriers. Communicate load information to carriers. Interaction with customers for sales.
Lots of cold calling for new customers.
Key areas of responsibility:
-Experience with weights and dimensions
-Experience with axle weights on highways
-Experience with payloads
-Knowledge of planning loads 2 days in advance
-Axon enter orders
-Experience with geographical regions
-Procure orders via customer sales calls
-Maintain a positive employee grade
-Knowledge of pricing loads within target
-After hours on call rotation with company cell phone

Experience in logistics, knowledgeable in how to
route trucks (PC Miler)
