Description

Legacy Co-operative Association Ltd. invites applications for the position of C-Store Supervisor to join our team at our Gas Bar in Yorkton at Palliser Way.

Duties:

To be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to all customers.
Responsible for ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
Responsible for supervision and delegation of employees workflow and duties
To complete reviews on Team Members and plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process.
Responsible for the enforcement of Legacy Co-op policies and procedures as well as ensuring the staff are adhering to them.
Responsible for ensuring Team Members are following all standards for safety
Responsible for opening and closing procedures
Demonstrate leadership in the operation of the cash register
To dispense fuel for customers when needed
Responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards within the department
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, outgoing and energetic personality.
Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset
Knowledge and experience with computers
Willingness to advance knowledge through training
Excellent customer service skills.
Above average communication skills
Physically able to do heavy lifting of up to 60lbs, climbing and kneeling
Ability to work all shifts assigned including evenings, weekends and days.
