Kreos Group of companies FBO Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the first impression for all charter, fuel, and FBO customers. The individual in this position must have the ability to provide engaging, detail-oriented customer service while coordinating the front desk in an unpredictable environment. We are currently looking for a full time CSR at our Saskatoon base.
Duties Include but not limited to:
- First point of contact with clients including charter departures and arrivals
- Process check-ins in accordance with company procedures and flight guidelines
- Data entry
- Dispatching
- Operating multi-line phone system,
- Responding to client inquiries in a prompt and timely manner
- Handling customer request and reservations
Qualifications:
-Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
-Dedication to impeccable client service
-Personable and able to provide a high standard of quality service.
-Detail oriented with solid organizational skills.
-Able to maintain flexibility, adjust quickly and facilitate unforeseen changes.
-Computer and office machines proficiency including MS Office.
-Self-motivated and commitment to a team environment.
-Willing to work shifts as assigned.
