Regina Maintenance Plus Crane & Equipment Inc. is an independently owned and operated local business. We are looking for a permanent full-time 4th year or Journeyman Technician.
The lead-hand will assist in planning, scheduling, performing, directing and evaluating the repair and servicing of equipment.
This individual must have strong leadership and organization skills, detailed knowledge of the industry and possess solid problem-solving skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
The successful candidate must be able to multi-task effectively, be fluent in English verbal and written communication, have basic computer skills and pay close attention to detail. Strong communication skills are a must.
We are seeking individuals with 4 years of experience or Journeyman Technicians for this position. Prior leadership experience is an asset.
Wage is dependent upon experience & abilities. Benefits are available.
A minimum of a class 5 drivers license (clean abstract) is required, however, 1A is preferred. Must have own transportation to and from work. Individuals may be required to comply with random drug and alcohol testing.
