The Yorkton Tribal Council is seeking one (1) highly motivated individual for the position of Health Nurse Educator in the Health and Social Development Department. This position is a part of the Diabetes Education Program, which is responsible for the ongoing planning, direction and evaluation of the Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative at YTC. The Diabetes Education Program reports to the Director of Health and Social Development.
