Job Duties:
Greet clients, perform clerical duties and maintain front desk.
Respond to telephone inquiries and make appointments.
Issue invoices, receive and deposit payments
Responsibilities and duties will include reception, word processing, and filing.
Requirements:
Good knowledge on Quick-books.
Strong keyboarding skills and knowledge of word is required.
Positive attitude, a good telephone voice and a desire to work as a team player.
Previous office experience preferred but not necessary.
Filipino language is an asset but not mandatory.
Suitable applicant will be trustworthy and friendly with good communication skills.
