We are seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to perform office administration duties and accounting support for our firm.
Must have previous experience with general office procedures within a trade-like environment
Essential Job Functions:
- assits in all accounting and admin functions
- performs general office duties - answering phones and handling routine correspondance
- match purchase orders with invoices and record the necessary information
- answers all vendor and customer inquiries
- prepare analysis of accounts required
- payroll knowledge
- access computerized financial information to answer general questions for specific accounts
- purchases and controls office inventory
Ideal Candidate would have a Business Degree and familiarity with Accounting Software
MS word, electronic mail, MS powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Access and ACCPAC

- working with others
- good math skills
Shifts run from 8am -4:30pm
